Current Position - June 2021

We have now issued a tender for the pavilion demolition and replacement and selected a preferred bidder, but anticipate that the outurn price will require a short period of further fundraising. The price issue is unexpected and due to the longer than anticipated time to conclude legal complexities around our lease of land with Dumfries and Galloway Council.

The current timetable is therefore not fully certain, but we are working towards a 3 month period to resolve both the funding and lease issues and if that it achieved a site start could be possible at the end of September 2021.
